Pregancy amongst every woman is different, but some common signs and symptoms of pregnancy are missed period, tender breasts, nausea, headaches, moodiness, tiredness, and heavier than normal discharge. Usually a woman just knows when she is pregnancy- it's kinda like instinct, but sometimes we believe we are pregnant when we are really not, but this can still cause us to experience pregnancy symptoms. Your best bet is to go to the doctor and get a blood test, these are the most accurate. Good luck.

My first sign was severe breast tenderness. Like it was so bad that when I turned over in my sleep, I would wake up. But, like above answers, every woman is different. Urine Pregnancys test are 99% accurate. There are VERY few false positives. There is the occasional false negative (usually because you have take the test too early) I would like to add...if you are able to take a home pregnancy there really is no reason to go to the doctor just for a pregnancy test. They do not do blood pregnancy tests anymore, the test the use at the physician's office is the same one you can get at the drug store. It is just money wasted that you may be needing for diapers. If you get a positive test, you of course need to go for prenatal care. Good Luck

Well, the big thing is the missed period.
But you might also get some cramping or spotting when it's time for your period to start but then nothing ever really comes of it.
And if you're REALLY early, you'll just start to feel a little... nauseous. Like maybe you're coming down with a bug and might need to miss work... tomorrow. You're not sick yet, just teetering on the edge. It isn't really morning sickness yet, but oh girl, if you're pregnant, you have a very interesting few months ahead of you. Good luck!

You get a positive pregnancy test and it is confirmed by a doctor. That's the only way to know for sure short of going into labour.
