There's not much to go on here. Are you asking if it can be done, costs, the process involved????????????????
Yes, it can be done, it's fairly expensive (starting at about 8 grand), involves draining, hammering off the old plaster finnish, prepping the exposed gunite and troweling on new plaster. Tile work, if needed, ought to be done at the same time before the new finnish is applied.

I have seen it done.It is expensive.Hammering off plaster may not be necessary,scrath coating with bonding agents are an option.Painting of gunite pools is an option,cheaper but not as nice in my opinion.This is no diy activty.It is nearly an art,some are better than others ,ask to see thier work.Proper pool water chemistry affects the life of your plaster professional maintenance is reccomended.
