I had a miscarriage a month and a half ago and now I am worried because I have not had my period yet... is there a possibility that I am pregnant again??. I should wait 2 or 3 months.... can this be dangerous?

I dont think you should be worried. I know a few people whom conceived a month after a MC and had very health pregnancies. So dont be too worried. Just make sure you are get yourself checked out by your doctor soon.

I was told by my doc to wait until I had my first AF to try to conceive. All doctors are not the same and will tell their patients gat to do accordingto their mental/emotional shape as well as how far they were in their pregnancy.

Good luck and baby dust 2 u

It is generally advisable to wait 3-5 months to get pregnant after a miscarriage, but I've seen many women have successful pregnancies when they got pregnant only a month after a miscarriage. Don't worry too much. You can take a pregnancy test as soon as 10 days post non-protected sex.
Good luck!

Just be extra careful, take a pregnancy test and if you are, see your doctor for advise as a risk of another miscarriage is higher at this time. Generally, after any pregnancy or miscarriage, your body needs some time to recover. But if you are pregnant, congragulations, eat well, rest well and see the doc. he might prescribe some medicine, vitamins etc to help see you through the the next pregnancy. All the best.

With me it took awhile to get my period after my first m/c. After my 2nd m/c my period came as scheduled. After my 3rd (valentines day) I got pregant in march and had a healthy baby girl. Every one is differnet if you are worried take a test, so you feel better. It is recommended to wait 2-3 months. The funny part is my daughter was concieved when we were taking a break from ttc due to the emotional stress of 3 m/c in 18 months.

I got pregnant right after a miscarriage, never even had a period in between. Wasn't trying to, and Doctor said I shouldn't, but did, and had no problems whatsoever. baby boy was healthy and is now 17 years old.

It can just be your body trying to recuperate, it can take a while to get a period again, but you may also be pregnant again. If you are it is more "dangerous" for you, than the baby. Your body & uterous needs time to recuperate as well as build up a blood supply. If you are your doctor will prob. put you on a dobble doe of prenantals & watch you closer. But before you worry take a test! And then call your OB, they won't scold you...it happens alot!
