Take your school work to the resturant.
Talk to your parents about your grades.
If you are having ambitious thoughts about not being in the resturant business and doing something else with your life after you finish school please tell them about that and how your grades are very important part of your educational career.

Did you get the three C's because you participate in sports, band or you just play on the internet and talk on the phone?
--
Show your parents you are interested in raising your grades and ask them if you can stop working at the restaurant if your grades improve by the next grading period.

Mmm, I'd study while you're working - like when you're doing whatever, mentally or verbally go over the things you need to study. Or just tell your parents you need about an hour a night to study, and that school's more important than work.

Tell your parents that you need time to do your h/w and ask if you can maybe rearrange your sched a bit after school. Also if you have study halls USE THEM! Any time that you have to do your h/w would be a good idea to do it. Even if it means giving up some weekends.

Tell your parents about your situation. I'm sure they care about your grades too, and y'all might be able to rearrange your schedule.
