tell someone you trust that knows your friend. Usually a close teacher, coach, or nurse canhelp without causing too much drama and causing a scene. Dont worry about betraying your friend...she will thank you once she has gotten help and has come to realize that you are an amazing friend....dont take your time tho...help her as soon as possible

If you had a problem with suicidal tendencies or mutilation and did not see the serious implications of it, wouldn't you want your friend to intercede on your behalf? Don't worry about hurting her feelings for the moment - you could save her life. Help her get help or report it.

The school needs to be involved, they will call her parents and get her the help she needs. There may be more problems that just the bf. This is very serious. Do something now

Why her parents don't notice, I can't imagine. Tell her parents or a school nurse. She needs to get help before she cuts to deep she is dead.
