Hi there,! I know how you feel, Family & Friends are very important to me, so you can imagine how shattered I was to find out that my perfect marriage, was over, just like that that!!! He was olso my best Friend, I blame the world we live in, people just don't help one another like they used to, we don't even know our neighbours half the time, When my world fell apart I thought I would never again trust another human being, & I didn't for a long time & I was very cinicle, I was also very lonely, As hard as it is and as much as you tell yourself I'm never going to be hurt like that again, You have to get out there, break the rut find a totally new group of friends, & you will love again & trust again but it will be different. If the lost trust is with a family member, the relationship takes another path, it will get better but that relationship has changed forever,and regretably will never be the same, but thats not to say you can't be friends, the point is don't lose sight of who YOU are,don't close your heart to people, or you'll be in a cold and lonely place. I wish for you all the very best for the future, smile & enjoy life because your a long time dead.

Mate, sounds like you have gone through some right old crap lately. It aint your fault, you are only human and it is too easy to feel bad. You can pick yourself up though; there is an amazing thing we can do - turn around, face your fears and give them the two finger salute. If these people are making you feel down then take control.
Look at how these people have breached your trust and learn from it. Then pity them, for breaking your trust. Then move on.
You will find a group of people one day with whom you can trust your LIFE! Seriously.

no one likes being delivered down through unhappy or depressed people. that's unhappy and depressing notwithstanding that's authentic. some people feed off people's thoughts like vampires and commit to suck up happiness and delight incredibly than disappointment and melancholy. that is why you would sense drained through particular people you're round. you've the skill to make your self sense better effective in case you education gratitude, bypass for a walk or examine a e book or watch a movie. Do some thing that you want to do! carry your happiness on your man or woman palms.

I don't understand why people have hurt people ,stabbed others in the back to get farther in life...does it really make you a happier person...hmmm..I remember helping neighbours(still do)..leaving the doors unlocked (not now)..But not every one is a bad person..trust your instinct..

yeah your rite everyone Ive ever trusted my heart to has broken it,maybe its a generation thing people are more selfish so they only think of their own happiness when i think about what would make my partner happy...but it seems its always never me..maybe us mancs are cursed???
