Stop using ice cream trucks. Use supermarkets and ice cream stores. Still tastes bad, it's probably you. Wait. When all is well, resume your ice cream addiction from trucks.

Tell the ice cream man first and if that didn't work, I would call the company. How unfair is that? Little kids count on that ice cream man!

um i don't think ice cream goes bad, it just gets freezer burned.
and also, if ice cream did did go bad, they wouldn't let it. they'd catch it before it would spoil.
if this happened to me i would not get ice cream from and ice cream truck again.

It's probably fairly common. Ice cream truck drivers buy their product in bulk and don't have to restock it too often. Especially items that are not bought as often.
Bad dairy can cause stomach aches and cramps, maybe food poisoning. I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you are feeling sick, though.
