Take a table and chairs outside. If you have a lake or pond nearby use it! Anyway, borrow some candle holders, a nice tablecloth, a cd player with a romantic cd and have dinner via candlelight plus some romantic dancing under the stars.

I know, it worked for me after being married 16 yrs!

If it's in the summer time, head to a large city that has movies in the park. Take a blanket and some homemade popcorn. Winter time, go to the nearest "vintage" shopping area, especially on festival nights. Usually you will find free horse and carriage rides. Bring a blanket and a thermos of hot chocolate or warm brandy. In the fall, go apple picking in the country and have a picnic too. Bring a blanket and a snack (cheese and wine would do nicely, but don't drink and drive). In the spring...buy some inexpensive flowers, soil and potting mix at the local garden centre (together of course) and spend the afternoon putting the flowers in the small pots. Then deliver the potted flowers together to a seniors center.

Good luck

you don't have to be mr. money bags to be romantic. you can be creative and have a romantic evening at home if you dont' have the money. Cook a nice dinner even if you don't know how to cook make what you can. its the thought you put into it. even if its hotdogs.. burn some candles, put some soft music on dim the lights nice bottle of wine if you can afford it.. make a bubble bath for the two of you put some candles in the bathroom .

a nice massage or rub her feet what ever you know she likes.

you can write her a poem if she likes that. or make her a card.

tell her what she means to you and why your happy your with her and how she makes you feel.

put on a favorite song you too remember or when you met and slow dance with her.

Just be your charming self that you were when you were dating her she liked that about you .. do more of that.

good luck have fun

Take a hike together at your local park, plan a picnic, rent a movie from the library, buy each other gifts at the dollar store, give each other coupons for favors the other would like, play a board/card game. There are tons of things to do.

A picnic. Make some sandwiches, snacks, drinks and a blanket to sit on, and drive her/him out to a secluded spot or a quiet corner of a public park and just talk!

Candlelight dinner cooked at home. A rented movie watched at home. Making out on the couch, listening to soft music, scented candles and lovemaking.

This time of year, go on a drive and look at the trees. Park somewhere pretty and secluded and have a picnic.
