Not really, no. The only thing it does have are temperature variations depending on the amount of sun light each area is receiving at any given time; but there's no real weather due to the lack of an atmosphere.

Weather is a term that encompasses phenomena in the atmosphere of a planet. The moon does not have an atmosphere.

no the moon has no atmosphere or a too thin atmosphere to have weather.

Well, not sure about that.. Both pregnancies were planned c-sections. But when I got pregnant with my son, I was in Las Vegas with his dad and we were on our way to the strip and I remember looking up seeing the full moon and laughing to myself "wouldn't it be funny if I got knocked up?" Well.. funnily enough I conceived that night..
