Take I-95 Northeast to eastern Connecticut.
Take I-395 north to Worcester, Mass. Continue on I-395; it turns into I-290. Follow it till I-495.
Go north on I-495 to Lowell; follow the Lowell Connector to Route 3 (a toll road).
Route 3 takes you right to Nashua.

Go to AAA and ask them. They are the best with maps and places to stop and where construction is at.
