Get a PC. But about your question, I recommend Azureus because of all of its features, but it will be REEEEAALLLLYY slow on your Mac hardware. Sorry...

I find Lime-wire has gone downhill since everything seems to open webpages to sign up for yet another account instead of giving you the file :(.
eDonkey was good last time I tried it, but that was a couple years ago.
The torrent ones i dont think are filesharing in the sense you are thinking, thats more for larger package downloads and usually u search for torrent files on the web.

p.s. You are super beautiful :) I looked at your page.

I like Acquisition for P2P and XTorrent for .bittorrent downloads. They are both written by the same person and have the most Mac-like interface out of all the p2p clients.

You can find them both at versiontracker.com

Good luck!

Morpheus with BitTorrent support adds podcast searching and publishing to its popular P2P file-sharing and search application.

Morpheus makes it easy to burn CDs or transfer audio and video files to your iPod or MP3 player. Morpheus' set of features makes it simple to search, discover, download, and play all types of media files including MP3 audio, music, movies, videos, games, photos, and documents.

Search multiple P2P networks including the Neo Network, Gnutella, BitTorrent, and others to download more of what you find including rare and unique content you won't find anywhere else.

NOW THE BEST PART :
Morpheus is free and contains absolutely no spyware or third-party bundled software.

PLUS THIS PROGRAM can be downloaded from download.com it has been downloaded over 158 MILLION downloads... plus I use it at home... so why not.

I use Acquisition. It has an iTunes-like interface. Automatically imports to iTunes, as well.
