Does anyone know what it involves to get married in zimbabwe if you only want a civil ceremony - quickie wedding, do you need a marriage license and how long does that take to issue if it is needed?
Do you need to produce anything to prove status?
Any help would be great.

You need your Zim id or Passport and your boyfriends also. Get your b/f to go to the civil court he will be given a date for you to go and get married you will also need 2 witnesses that's about it. Or you can get a pastor who is a marriage officer and he can marry you at his office or house and you still need 2 witness again. You are Zimbabwean you should know these things so should your B/F also ask your friends and family in zim to help
