If you just bought a brand new computer from a store and had anti virus and spy ware protection that's whats causing your home page to revert back to normal. Norton Internet securities has something called home page protection and it prompts you if changes to your home page are detected. Also programs like Webroot Spy sweeper just recently added home page protection to their program too. If you have both programs you will manually have to change the homepage in both programs for the changes to go into effect.

If you have no virus protection and no spy ware protection then you are probably infected with viruses and spy ware which are hijacking your web browser. But that's probably not the case because the virus would change your home page to a advertisement or porn site or something like that. Not to reputable website.

Hope that helps you but in the future you have to post more information not just help this is whats happening. Usually informing if its a new computer or old one, and if it has spy ware or anti virus protection is very important information whenever trouble shooting a computer. The more detail about a computer you can give the better. Have a good night/day.

I take it you want to change it to something else....Tools - Internet Options - type in about:blank in the address for the home page. This is what I set mine to and it always seems to work.
