Lieberman, running as an Independent is the predicted winner over Lamont and is the better choice, whether you normally vote Democratic or Republican, because he is known to be level headed, diplomatic, and far more experienced in the political arena than Lamont.

Republican Alan Schlesinger doesn't stand a chance.

Lamont is official Democrat candidate. Lieberman was dumped on during the primaries by the MoveOn.org folks because he was not a leftist extremist sufficient for their royal majesties. They asked Independents to shift to Dem registration solely for the purpose of sacking him.

So, he is running as an independent, and since only primaries are restricted to registered party members, there is actually a chance Lieberman can win.

THERE IS A REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE IF YOU WANT A CHOICE.

Lieberman is not a bad choice, if you can't vote Republican.
