Go to fone finder and type in all but the last three digits. It will tell you where a number is from.

866 prefix is likey a toll free number for a corporation. in U.S. toll free numbers are 800, 888, 866 to name a few. that may make it harder to track.

why dont you call the number 866 exchange is a free number. if you do not wanna call it ask a friend to call it for you.

i called it just for *hits and giggles. someone has called you from a fax # in california so, obviously, a business. any debt collector's trying to get ahold of you?
