According to the Sims2 Website, if you install Sims 2, the Body Shop is automatically installed. To find it on your computer : Click on START -> Programs -> EA Games -> The Sims 2 -> The Sims 2 Body Shop
If you don't have Sims2 I don't think you can download it from them now.

Good above is right. It is included with your game following the directions from the start button.
You CANNOT download the most updated version because it depends on which expansion packs you have. For example, if you do not own University, then the clothes that come with Uni will NOT be in your Body shop. Use the one that came with your game.
If you want to see the manual, the manual is on your CD and is installed into your Program Files - (depending on how you installed your game -- if you didn't do anything techy, then the game will be on drive C as below)
1. Open My computer.
2. Open the C: drive.
3. Open Program Files.
4. Open EA Games.
5. Open The Sims 2.
6. Open Support.
7. Open en-us.
8. Double-click on the SIMS2BSpcMA(English).
You will need Adobe Acrobat installed to view this file.
