a foreign culture is often more desirable than the native one, since it has a more positive connotation in society and it is easily accepted. The same thing happens with work positions which may be unfairly conceded to global language native speakers. The native speaker candidate owns a feature the others will never do, which is speaking the global language as his/ her mother tongue. Such feature will allow the native speaker to work in a much wider business world having more changes to succeed. The hiring of the dominant language native speaker can also be unfair to the other co-workers who will never be at the same level of competence.
However, nowadays world is connected through a web that goes beyond all means of communication and which is called ‘globalization’. In this matter I strongly agree that no one can feel fulfilled if they don’t reach their surrounding world. It is necessary to be a citizen of the world, but this world is no longer a single culture and language.

A few centuries ago there was no global language dominating the earth and so there was a wider cultural delineation. Globalization was something inconceivable and each country was deeply marked and rooted. And if two foreigners, for example, who did not know each others native language, wanted to communicate they would have great difficulty. Their surrounding worlds were much more isolated and so different peoples were not exposed to connections such as worldly news and disasters very often. Nowadays the world is no longer what it used to be because of technology advances and other things, for these reasons there are other demands and needs which were unthinkable some centuries ago such as worldwide communication. Nevertheless, they are now quite obvious and extremely necessary, which is why we've come to need the acceptance of a dominant language.
Sometimes, however, a global language/culture may overcome others, despising them. Various traditions may be at risk when confronted with the dominant ones which can be overrated and more self respected. The use of foreign words is a quite clear example of how a foreign culture is often more desirable than the native one, since it has a more positive connotation in society and it is easily accepted. The same thing happens with work positions which may be unfairly assigned to global language native speakers. The native speaker candidate owns a feature the others will never perform flawlessly, which is speaking the global language as his/ her mother tongue. Speaking the language flawlessly will allow will open up possibilities for the native speaker to work in a much wider business world having more chances to succeed.
The twentieth century brought new inventions and discoveries that involved changes at several levels such as the internet, and computers so, the world that surrounds us today is a global place where the English language has remarkable importance. The English language, which has over the years been defining its position in the world, as well as changing ever so slightly, is one of the essential ‘devices’ to achieve a new dimension that involves not only success in this demanding work industry but also an access to fun, amusement, culture, technology and the world itself which comprises varied realities.
English has the capacity to enrich a human being and to take him or her further professionally and personally, as we need to communicate and connect ourselves with the world. The English language is the bridge from a closed world in itself to a wide and free place where several ways of expression walk through a web of interrelated routes.
you will notice I substituted several of your words because they didn’t have quite the right definition I think you were looking for.
the only true native speakers of the English language, are the English themselves, Americans (I am an American) have altered the language over the years, and there is no such country between Australia, America, and Europe that speak the same "English" anymore. each country has let it evolve into whatever they want it or need it to be, and each country will continue to do so.
many Americans get these call center positions because we do not want to give our American based businesses revenue and profits to another country. we like keeping it in ours, because we see how it benefits us, and our children, and our children's children. I don’t see it as particularly unfair, as much as I see it a smart business decision.
but good luck with your promotion! I’m confident that the words I substituted for you will make you look great in front of you superiors!

HERE IS YOU TEXT, CORRECTED. GOOD LUCK!!!!
A few centuries ago there was no global language dominating the globe, so there was a more marked cultural delineation. Globalization was something inconceivable and each country was deeply marked and rooted [in its own tradition]. And if two foreigners, for example, who did not know each others' native language desired to communicate, they would do so only with great difficulty. Their [surrounding] worlds were much more closed in themselves, so different peoples were not exposed to such connections very often. Nowadays the world is no longer what it used to be, and for that very reason there are other demands and needs which were unthinkable some centuries ago. Nevertheless, they are now quite obvious and extremely necessary, such as the acceptance of a dominant language.
However, sometimes a global language/culture may encroach over others, belittling them. Various traditions may be at risk when confronted with the dominant ones which can be overrated. The use of foreign words is a clear example of how..... [????????] MY SUGGESTION TO CONTINUE THIS PHRASE: .....a cuture or language can intercede in the significational fabric of another.

A foreign culture is often more desired than the native one, since it has a more positive connotation in society and it is easily accepted. The same thing happens with work positions which may be unfairly handed out to global language native speakers. The native speaker candidate owns a feature the others never will, which is speaking the global language as his or her mother tongue. Such feature would allow the native speaker to work in a much wider business world, having more changes to succeed. The hiring of the dominant language native speaker can also be unfair to the other co-workers who will never be at the same level of competence.
However, nowadays the world is connected through a web that goes beyond all means of communication and which is called ‘globalization’. In this matter I strongly believe that no one can feel fulfilled if they do not reach out to their surrounding world. It is necessary to be a citizen of the world, but this world is no longer of a single culture and language.

VERY GOOD ENGLISH, I MEAN IT; MOST OF MY CORRECTIONS WERE OF THE ADDING A COMMA HERE AND THER NATURE; VERY GOOD. WHAT YOU SEE BETWEEN "[ ]" MEANS THAT I AM JUST SUGGESTING YOU ADD THAT THERE TO YOUR TEXT, BUT YOUR TEXT WOULD STILL BE JUST FINE WITHOUT THESE SUGGESTIONS. EVERYTHING ELSE I HAVE CHANGED REALLY IS FOR THE BEST.
GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!

A few centuries ago no single global language dominated the globe. A wider cultural delineation existed. Globalization was inconceivable as each country was deeply marked and rooted. For example, if two foreigners did not know each other's native language but wanted to communicate, they would have great difficulty. Their surrounding worlds were closed within themselves. Therefore cultures were not connected. Our present world with its demands and needs were unthinkable centuries ago. For instance, today, a dominant language seems necessary. It is highly improbable that a global language/culture could overcome others, merely because a culture despises a dominant language/culture. Various traditions may be at risk when confronted with the dominant ones. The use of foreign words is a common way of adaptating.

Why don't you go to Babelfish.com. If you write text in your native language and everything ispelled correctly and grammatically correct, it will translate into english for you.
My frends who work in Fine Arts use it all the time to send text to foreign countries when selling artworks.
I use it to leave notes for the Hondurans across the street from my house.
It is free and translates into english and about 20 other languages.
