I'm on a poms team and I need to do a toe-touch! For this routine, I am in the front row and it will be REALLY embarrasing if I can't do a toe-touch perfectly. Help me!!

Stretch alot... while your sitting watching TV, anything... just loosen your muscles up so that you'll get optimal extension. Also, jumping rope helps build your muscles to help you get lift on your jump.
Practice a couple of time off of an excercise trampolie. Be sure and tape your ankles for extra support. Good Luck!
