Perhaps your doctor is aware of a certain interest on your part. It could be embarrassing to her although I would think most GP's might attract attention at some time.
Why not just smile and say "Good morning/afternoon" when you go in.
Others have made the necessary ethical points.

It will cause problems for your doctor irrespective of her sexuality as there are professional ethics concerns about relationships. Most doctors associations advise their members that any sexual relationship is abuse.
If you wanted to enter into a relationship with her, you would have to stop being her patient. You might have difficulty in broaching her sexuality with her.

If she is an ethical doctor the first thing you have to do it stop being her patient. In most states it is illegal for a doctor to be romantically or sexually involved with a patient.
