You multiply the Celsius degrees by 2 and add 32.

34x2=68+32=100 Fahrenheit

25x2=50+32=82 Fahrenheit

Or in reverse: you deduct 32 and than divided by 2.

100 degrees Fahrenheit minus 32 = 68 divided by 2 = 34 degrees
Celsius

34ºCelsius = 93.2º Fahrenheit
25ºCelsius = 77º Fahrenheit

When I'm online I use google. In the search box type, for example:
34 celsius in fahrenheit

The real formula is confusing and hard to do in your head. If you're mathematically inclined, to convert Celsius to Fahrenheit it's:

1. Multiply Celsius by 1.8
2. Add 32

For those everyday "what's the temperature out?" type questions where you don't need an absolute, exact conversion, I prefer this simple method:

Celsius to Fahrenheit:
1. Double the Celsius temp.
2. Add 30.

For example:
34 *2 = 68 + 30 = 98
25 *2 = 50 + 30 = 80

Fahrenheit to Celsius:
1. Subtract 30 from Fahrenheit temp.
2. Divide by 2

For example:
93 - 30 = 63 /2 = 31.5
77 - 30 = 47/2 = 24.5

As you can see in the examples below, this method is most accurate for temperatures between -10ºC and 30ºC, but that's a pretty good representation of outdoor temperatures anyway.

Real Conversion: -10ºC = 14ºF
Quickie Conversion: -10ºC *2 = -20 +30 = 10ºF

Real Conversion: 0ºC = 32ºF
Quickie Conversion: 0ºC *2 = 0 +30 = 30ºF

Real Conversion: 10ºC = 50ºF
Quickie Conversion: 10ºC *2 = 20 +30 = 50ºF

Real Conversion: 20ºC = 68ºF
Quickie Conversion: 20ºC *2 = 40 +30 = 70ºF

Real Conversion: 30ºC = 86ºF
Quickie Conversion: 30ºC *2 = 60 +30 = 90ºF

Real Conversion: 40ºC = 104ºF
Quickie Conversion: 40ºC *2 = 80 +30 = 110ºF

Real Conversion: 50ºC = 122ºF
Quickie Conversion: 50ºC *2 = 100 +30 = 130ºF

34 and 35 *are* degrees, but in Celsius, the system of measurement common everywhere in the world except the United States, where we use Fahrenheit. Surprisingly, thermomenters in hospitals around the world frequently have both scales on them, I assume because Americans who have a "tetch of the flu" while abroad don't know the formula: C = 9/5 x F +32. To check yourself if you forget the formula, 100C = 212F.
