Our relationship is better now than ever and we are only past our three yr mark so i think that we can make things work with a little effort but i don't know if he feels the same or if he is just using this as a free booty call and taking advantage of my feelings for him?

Well, if he's the kind of man who will use a free booty and take advantage of someone's feelings in order to get laid, are you sure you want him back?
You and he should talk about where the marriage is heading- it seems like you're in the middle and need to pick a direction.

Dear "Kat",
You can't change your partner, for one thing. He must have his reasons for filing in the first place. Maybe he doesn't like the of marriage and that commitment, BUT, you both have to sit and talk about it! Find out WHY he filed and keep talking. My MAIN point is, don't think you can change his mind, it doesn't work. I've had people try to change me and resentment develops!
It's ok to tell your guy you want to work things out, and try to get him to see your points, but you want to have an open mind about what he has to say.
There are feelings there or else your Hus. wouldn't want anything to do with you, period!
Talk to him and see what you both come up with.

if you get together and talk trying to work it out fine, just be strong and forget about the physical part. too many time that is what people base relationship on. if you guys were not that physical before divorce papers were filed why now? hold back and see how it goes.

He'll let you know what he wants one way or another. He should be talking with you anyway, rather than leaving you in the dark, so he's being uncool with you. Ask him and seriously consider whatever answer he gives you. Be honest with yourself. Think about what you want in your life and in your relationship, not merely about who wants you. It takes two. You shouldn't be in the dark. Respect yourself more and expect more for yourself.

honey, you have insist that your husband respects you more than anyone else. don't allow him to have his cake and eat it too. ask him straight up, demand an answer. if he still wants the divorce don't sweetheart with him. he has another sweetheart. the sweetheart gets all the goodies. but once you re his wife you don't allow him to leave and become a call girl.

talk to him, honey before it will be over, the divorce doesnt take that long so better talk to him, straight everything up, tell him how u feel and ask him what does he wants from u. wish u the best

Wellhe could be using you and your feelings, have you told him you want to work things out? You guys may need counseling but if you really want to work it out and he does then there is no reason that it cant.
