Do you ever wash your hands after handling a menu in a restaurant?

If you know someone isn't washing his/her hands, should you say something to them? i.e., if they come out of the bathroom and you know they didn't wash?

I wash my hands before eating and if the food was messy, I wash my hands after. I wash my hands after using the bathroom most of the time. I don't wash my hands after touching a restaurant menu.

I always wash my hands after I go to the bathroom. I had a roommate a while ago who would never wash her hands (She would say that she washes in the shower and that's all she needs) then she would touch me on my face or hair and I was disgusted by it! People who don't wash their hands after a bathroom-run are icky!

Always, always, always...I also use tissue to turn off faucets and open and close doors. I use hand cleaner after handling menus. I also clean the utensils I use when eating in public. Might sound excessive, but I rarely catch colds or get sick.
