i own a kiosk in a mall. today the mall management delivered my mail to me.?

a letter from american express was opened "accidentally". i made nothing of it until another owner just told me 10 minutes ago their merchant services statement was "accidently" opened today too. what can we both do?

Have your mail go to a post-office box. There is probably one in the mall, open a P.O. Box there.

Call the U.s. post office and inform them. Opening someone else's personal mail is a federal offense, whether it's an individual or a small business. Inform the mall management office that unless they have a good excuse, you want this to stop.
