I work in a large retail chain, and recently we hired a new CEO, which was announced in our internal news letter.
The artical started all about the acheivements that the old ceo had made in the last 7 years. Gave the reason he left. Then some background on the new guy - his experience, goals for the next 5 years and what he beleives the company should do to get it in the right direction.
Most impressive about this article was how the author kept bringing it back to the staff, and how changes that were in the new ceo's vision would not only benefit the company but all the staff - even those that are really detrimental like the cutting of hours for some existing staff, and a increase in spending for shop layouts etc.
