Should a call center (where orders from customers are taken) be in a sales team or a distrabution team?

Let me add that there is a mobile sales team, that prices, builds demand etc. they can by blackberry take oreder and enter it or direct customer to call the center once quanity etc is known.

Sales because they are selling the product, they aren't distributing it.

Sales, but they should have a good working relationship with the distribution team.

inbound telemarketing is sales. once the order is taken than fulfillment can run with it.
