I don't agree with your statement about phone companies ''allowing'' young people to run up huge phone bills. Any person who is working and paying there own bills needs a phone. A cell phone is a great thing to have when traveling. It is their responsibility to not run up their bill. All they have to do is stay within their limits. It is like saying that drinking or gambling is wrong because people abuse it. We all have to learn to act like adults and have adult responsibilities. I dont' see why some minutes on cell phones cost more than others. Probably just because they CAN. With more people getting rid of landlines and only having cell phones I am sure that the compitition between companies will lead to better packages. If you know that you are going to have a cell phone regardless those free phone packages are not bad. I get a free upgrade every two years with my cell phone provider and I like that. I wish that I had rollover minutes though. I always shop for better offers when my agreement is close to an end My package is about $75.00 a month with 700 free minutes and free after 9 pm and on weekends. There is no reason for anyone to have a $200 bill in this package unless they just have no control

Call toys r us customer service line. Ask them for the phone number. If they have it listed in there database, then they can give it too you. Also check to see if they have anther email address. Remember not all numbers for companys are 1-800.

reverse phone number search compiles hundreds of millions of phone book records to help locate the owner's name, location, time zone, email and other public information.

Use a reverse phone lookup to:
Get the identity of an unknown caller.
Identify an area code.
Recall the name of a person whose number you wrote down.
Identify an unfamiliar phone number that shows up on your bill.

You have to have the name of the company, to locate their email/phone/and address! Or, any of those.
