I think the correct answer to this is no.
People can assist you to play better if that's what your asking.
You don't say what your abilities are so any "help" may not be what you need.
I would suggest you watch some games played by higher rated players. Try playchess.com you can log on as a guest and watch others play. You will have to down load some software to do this.
1.You must study some to get through the opening in a reasonable position.
You need to tell us more or it's a waste of time to answer but one thing it is takes work. There is no easy way to do "win" but there are a zillion hours of entertainment if you like the game.

Rita, Rita, Rita! What type of crap are these people giving you here?
Okay. You are probably looking for some pointers to improve your game, enjoy it a little better, show up your local competition. Theres nothing wrong with that. But there is something wrong with it if you go about it wrong.
Somebody once told me that practice does not make perfect, but perfect practice makes perfect. Just saying 'practice' or 'study kasparov games' is crap. Like crap flush it down the toilet.
Lets replace it. I'll give a crash lesson plan. You follow this for just a little bit and I will practically promise you that you will get alot more out of the game.
1. Learn how the pieces move. Sounds simple, right? There are exercises that improve this. Say for instace, I have a bishop on c4. In how many moves would it take for it to land on d8?
2. Learn chess notation. That way you'll understand question 1, and will be able to understand chess books. Its basically like battleship. it uses a-h on for vertical files. it uses 1-8 for horizontal rows.
3. Learn basic mating patterns. Can you mate with a king and queen vs. king? king and rook vs. king? can you spot back rank mates?
4. Tactics! Tactics! Tactics! Learn how to attack two men at once. This is called a double attack. Learn how to pin other men, so the other men can't move less something bad happens or it puts the king in check. To make dramatic improvement, study tactics. There are man books dedicated to this. This is the basis for what players call 'combinations'. Thats for another rant.
5. Opening strategy. I'll give it to you in a nutshell. Develop center pawns. Develop knights and bishops as fast as possible, do not bring out the queen too early, don't move a piece twice in the opening, if you can attack a man and develop your position, its probably a good thing, castling is usually done, rooks arn't useful until other men are taken off the board.... Okay. that was alot of info in a small amount of time.
These are technicalities. if its done wrong, it will turn you away from the game. most importantly, have fun with it. My advice is complete crap too unless you can have fun, find people who enjoy playing you and otherwise, or want to poke around and find more. There are many ways to play. Speed chess is very popular. Theres also shuffle chess, bughouse chess, and many others.
And don't be afraid of losing. Ideally, you want to find people who are better than you to play. Get your butt kicked. Learn from it, find out what they do, along with the basic strategy i showed you. Before you know, you'll be kicking butt too!
I included a few books in the sources. if you are intrested you'll find them most useful.

On your first move move your kings pawn up two squares then your queens pawn up one. Get as many of your peace’s out in to play as soon as you can, trying to control the center of the board, for each peace you move out try to setup another peace to protect it. Chaste when you can. Chess is a combination of offence and defense. Keep practicing, and there you have it. The quickest chess lesson on record, but I think most good chess players would agree with me. There is a lot of veneration but this is good basic chess.

Chess is a strategy game with seemingly endless variables therefore there is not set strategy Much practice study and concentration is the answer.

Study the work of Kasparov, Karpov and Bobby Fisher for 20 years, then you will be good. That and you can train by playing Chess master 10th edition.

Well that is hard to saym cause every player as his streght and his weakness, I recommend to watch your opponent, spot his weakness, and use it, i know it sounds wrong but its a good way, i really really recommend to never use anothers player strategy. itwill backfire. the only strategy i seen that can be copy is the copy cat, it's when u do the exact move of ur opponet, he will get annoyed, jajajaja

Impossible! It's like asking for the strategy for untangling a ball of string that your cat played with.
It is never the same. Yes, there are winning famous MOVES, but there is no best one way to win.

You gotta get the king
here?
It's a bit more complicated then that. But I am sure if you google chess you will find a ton of hints.

I would suggest Kasparov Fantza opening, probably followed by a Ukelie exchange. Should do the trick.
