Bill had only 38 DAYS to prevent the '93 bombing, so is it safe to assume that said bombing was BUSH's fault?

You may as well. You commislamic fascists blame GW for everything else. But to blame someone is not sufficient. You nee PROOF. The Clinton administration's lack of action against terrorism is PROOF. They had 8 years. Where's your proof?

Blaming Clinton is the Republican disease. They are very seriously attached to Bill, emotionally. And they need him also: somebody to blame for their incompetence and worse. It's a hopeless psychological defect in them, nothing can be done about it...

but slick willy had 8 YRS to respond to saddam and bin laden...what did he do? for one he had bin laden in his sights, but lo and behold a certain saudi prince who happened to be an avid supporter of bin laden made a large 'campaign contribution'....hmm, ol' binny slipped the noose.....and consider this a second time (during bush's admin) bin laden's where abouts were being watched, the attack to take him out was to take place in 12 hours....guess who called the president of pakistan (a supporter of al qaida and bin laden ) to tell him....maddy albright...bin laden slipped the noose again...you want to place blame at least get your facts straight....
