My hubby, Martin has a new job that requires him to use his hands to squeeze a handle most of the day. He loves his job (takes pride in his work) but his hands are so swollen and painfull every night that he can't make a fist. He tried strong anti-inflamatories etc. I remembered apple cider vinegar (health food store quality, not "flavored") and just soaked his hand in a 1/2 gal.bucket of warm water with1 cup of natural apple cider vinagar for 10 minutes and he now has total mobility and almost pain free in his hand, inflamation is gone! Praise God!!! We will do this every night if we have to. Check out uses for ACV (I like the Bragg brand) just wanted to share this, now he can keep his job.

I'M GLAD THAT PEOPLE CAN BELEIVE IN NATURAL HEALING INSTEAD OF A DOCTOR THAT PUTS YOU ON MED'S THAT DON'T HEAL. THANKS FOR LETTING PEOPLE KNOW THAT WORKS. KEEP DOING IT AND IF YOU STILL HAVE PROBLEMS AND THE HAND STILL WANTS TO SWELL, YOUR GOING TO HAVE FIND OUT WHAT IS CAUSEING IT. HE MIGHT BE LACKING MINERALS AND CALICUM. NOTHING IS A CURE UNLESS IT SOLVES THE PROBLEM FOR GOOD. IF IT DOES GREAT I'LL TELL EVERYBODY. E- MAIL ME AND I KNOW SOME GREAT PRODUCTS THAT WILL PUT THE MINERALS IN HIS SYSTEM AND GO AFTER THE SOURCE. THEN YOU MIGHT HAVE THE COMPLETE CURE.

Theirs all kinds of cover up stuff to buy and the use of heat or ice. But if you want to fix it, your going to have to get tuff and work it out. Either pay someone to massage it deeply or do it yourself. The sooner you get done the better it's going to be for you and will restore proper circulation in your arm. Anytime you hurt yourself, where ever, or joint pain or swelling, the circulation in the damaged area is reduced, aiding in more pain and further damage. You may need to visit a Chiropractor. Drink plenty of water.

Hey Thanks! we'll try it. My grandmother always "took" a glass of water, spoon of sugar,& 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegear mixed and drank before every meal. She always said it was really good for you. It gives you energy, helps you lose weight, and I'm sure lots of other things, health-wise. She had diabetes & heart trouble, and lived to the age of 88. She was always small & wirey &"full of life"! But I didn't know of putting it on the outside of your body!

I found a cure for my carpal tunnel pain and it was anti-oxidants with Green Tea Extract and Polyphenols. I take 2 every meal so 6 a day. Even my Naturopath was amazed.

I don't doubt what you are saying, however, I believe its the warm water more than the apple cyder that's helping him. I have a similar problem, when I get up in the mornings my hands are very stiff and when I warm them up in hot water then I can do a tight fist. I'll have to try your remedy. Thanks.

try to alternate with hot parafin (wax), if you can. make a glove by multiple dips in warm parafin, wrap hands in saran wrap for one half hour, remove saran wrap and remove wax from hands and save wax for re-use. my gramma does that, she is 91 and still doing fine art and rock tumbling.
