Some do. There's not much known about it, some women spray a little bit when they orgasm, some women spray kind of randomply.
There is a gland that fills with female ejaculate, but no one's really sure of it's funciton.
Really, it sounds totally shady, but it is true, that some women spray, and some just get really wet when they orgasm, while some do nothing at all.

I know a woman who does. There is a duct that produces something like ejaculate and it will release during orgasm. Alot of you who think you are peeing yourselves, you aren't. Obviously it does not have the same function as a man's ejaculate, as it does not contain sperm.
