i hate that! it makes my skin crawl. i give a lot of latitude to foreigners who speak english as a second language, but from a native english speaker this is unacceptable. he should be publicly flogged.

as you can see from my lack of capitals, i take punctuation and other grammar rules lightly. word usage and proper tense, however, are not to be taken lightly!
