I think the best time for a girl to have sex is when she really is in love with someone and is mentally able to understand the meaning of being intimate with a person. High School, I don't think is obviously the right time. Sometimes girls just want to get it over with but really it's better to wait for the right person.

First, a GIRL should never have sex. Only a woman should.
I was 16, but I have always been more mature than my years. I was with the guy for 6 months before we did anything and we were together another 2 years after.
Wait till at least 18, that way the guy doesn't get a stat rape charge.

When she feels comfortable with herself and her partner knows the risks and knows how to be responsible and how to take care of herself ie, contraceptive, condoms, knows about date rape, sti testing together, talks about what will happen in case of accidental pregnancy. It really depends on the woman, I'd guess around 16 and up. I don't think that teens need to talk to their parents about sex though. There's no need to ask mom and dads permission. They do need to be responsible enough to go to a planned parenthood or other sexual health clinic and learn the facts.

well you cant really give a number range, girls feel ready at different ages, I was way to young and not ready. depending on the situation like is the guy pressuring you then NO but if you feel like he is the one and he feels the same, then its your choice.
