You can't. Do you know why they are rich, famous and wanted by clubs--it's because they're rare. It's not something that you can learn; it's talent, you're just born that way.
Anyway, if you are talented, then do the exercises other answerers have given you, some are pretty good.
But really, if you aren't born talented, there's little you can do. Football's not something big, aim higher, study hard, do your homework, be happy, be a kid. What I mean to say is, if what I said disappointed you, don't be sad...just...focus on other things...

just practice as much as you can with the same moves that you enjoy. And if you heard this phrase, you'll know what it means
"Joga Bonito"
P.S. Does using a tennis ball or any small ball improve your football skills?

You cannot be like them. Its an art to do what they do, which you develop over the years. These guys have been playing soccer since they were 4years old.

practice soccer
practice "futsal" which is a game they both play
anything like that - in university we used to play a game called "hackey sack" with a little bag that we would kick to each one - no hands - that sort of thing is excellent to develop soccer skills.
