I once gave such a bad wedgie that it made the guy bleed. It was to a friend (as you can tell) and he didn't think it was really that funny. And yes, he had to throw the underpants away because they were screwed up and totally stained.

I did it to my husband once. I pulled so hard, I ripped the band right off of his underwear. I was laughing my @ss off. Don't think he was though. I think he was in pain.
