For valid and eligible reasons, Indian rupee is convertible into the equivalent foreign currency which can later be used for expenses abroad. e.g., I could avail for a education loan for studying abroad. The money borrowed from an Indian bank is converted into US dollars (or whatever your currency of choice maybe) at the prevailing exchange rates.
If you are looking for illegal means of sending money overseas, well then, i do not have an answer for that.

according to my point of view,u can send them throug bank or if u want to save your mony then u shoud use the"hundee"system which is illegal.
now dont ask me wjat is hundee system.i have hust heard about it in the news.
