I think it is very possible, but I don't think North Korea will have the balls to attack anyone with theirs. All their trying to do with their new bombs is to have leverage over the rest of the world. Because they know if they attacked us it would be the end of them, you could take out that whole country with on bomb. Their is no way to win against the US with a preemptive strike, even if they take out every one of our missile-silos our sea-based missiles would retaliate. But Iran on the other hand if they get a hold of the bomb I think Israel is screwed. If there is a nuclear strike somewhere it will have to do with Iran bombing Israel, "towel heads" are crazy.
