I lost my Dive Tm in Pkmn Mstry Dngn: Blue! does anyone know how to get another one?? I need Help!!!?

in the dungeon "solar cave", there is always an HM Dive on floor ten, behind a locked door.

i'm told that there are keys scattered around solar cave, but i only have seen them in the desert region, on floors 9 and 10

to get desert region as a visitable place, you need to own the friend area "furnace oven"

the only time that floor ten of solar cave won't have the HM is if you already have it. in which case, there will be a link cables there instead
