The important question here is: how old are you???
Because developing speed (quick feet) depends by many factors: the most important is the age.
Then it is important your weight, the sport you want to apply your speed, your body structure.
So, many answers may be correct for some ppl, but absolutely dangerous for others.
So, if you want to disclose your age, probably you will receive appropriate answers.

You can develop quick feet in a number of ways.
-Watch indoor soccer players. They use feints (fakes) and move the ball quickly. How do they do this?
What you can do is practice stepovers (putting foot over ball then kicking it into open space) and also moving the ball from one foot to the other and also practice pushing the ball back as you move backwards then suddenly kicking the ball into open space.
--
The trick to fooling a defender is to come close to him and then faking like you're going to kick the ball one way then switch the ball to the other foot.

You need to run sprints, suicides, and ladders. Do all of these until you feel your legs will fall off, and then do more. That is how you will have strong and quick legs, which will enable you to have quick feet.

That actually depends on what your trying to accomplish, Generally, if you want to increase muscle speed, you add weight to the hands or feet and build speed by using those muscles in a fast manner...i.e. by holding 10 pound weights in your hands and punching as quicly as you can for say 20 times, you are training those muscles to respond quicly with more weight/ resistance, then do it 20 times without the weights...do this 3 times standing up and punching forward, then do this same sequence 3 times while your on your back facing up, again increasing resistance...add this to you general workout adding approximately one pound every two weeks...i said 10 pounds in general, start lower if needbe...dont pull your arms out...injuries take you back a month...use this same concept with your feet...weight wraps can be purchased at any sports store. please remeber to stretch before and after this workout...good luck
