he was teasing me this morning (in a good way) about my hair color cause i died it blondeish,i was out in the halway looking at somepapers the teacher told me i could and all the sudden he walked right behind me and silently stood a little behind me like behind my left sholder and stood over me ,then he told me to suck it, then wrote my nick name on the board ,in 5th period he was having a nose bleed and through the dirty cleanex on me and i was teasing him then he said i was cool and he was looking at me while the teacher was talking.what does he want (by the way this stuff has been going on alot even more avter i told him i liked him)

Yes, he can't get up the (whatever) to ask you out. Ask him to go get some coffee, tea, food, whatever, after school. He's crazy about you but a little too young to take the bull by the horns and ask you out. Just go for it and don't be thrown off if he acts nervous or says no the first time.
Here's the deal: HE LIKES YOU SO MUCH THAT IT MAKES HIM VERY, VERY NERVOUS. Go slow and be patient with him.

if you already told him you liked him an he hasn't left you alone and is still "teasing" you. then i would say he likes you. he may not be the type to go for what he wants..so he might be waiting for you to make the next move. and that would be ask him out. to a movie or dinner or coffee. nothing fancy....but something for the two of you.
