like what should i say if they ask why i wanna work there and all that stuff? i really need this job,it pays good and every time i go to an interview for a job they always dont hire me and say theyll call back and never do and its getting old i need help!

Sarah you are very pretty and seem to really care about this. First and foremost DRESS NICLY! make sure your hair nails and even toes are clean! WHen asked why you want to work there say something like "Well, Working with a gas station allowes me to interact with many people. I can make someones day by telling them how to get somewhere. I feel a great pride in my companies. If I can make that one person want to come back to my store cuz of the customer service i provided, then my time is well spent." Also mention that you like interacting with many people. Say you dont stress under pressure and that you been in many quiktrips before and liked their attitudes and you want to be apart of that. I use these lines alot and I never once got turned down.... GOOD LUCK SMILE MAKE EYE CONTACT AND NOD WHEN BEING TALK TO!
