how do i stop my teacher from thinking im super sensitive?

my teacher is always so careful with me cause she thinks im super sensitive!i may be pretty sensitive sometimes,i admit,but im not even close to as sensitive as she treats me!

Just talk to her, let her know! She's not psyhic, so just tell her that she doesn't have to be so careful about what she says.

Well, how do you communicate with her, and with other people in her presence? She might be reacting to how you react to what other people say. If someone criticizes you, or something you do, how do you take it?

Do you listen calmly, in case that person does have a good point (no matter how badly they may put it), or do you start arguing, and/or cutting that person off?

Do you get angry? Defensive?

If someone makes a hurtful, tacky comment, can you laugh it off? If not, do you cry, or make a hurtful comment in return?

If you make a mistake, do you learn from it and move on, or do you get upset? If something goes wrong, how do you handle it?

If you're careful to be open to what other people have to say, and ignore tacky comments thrown your way, and tell yourself that mistakes, or things that go wrong, won't last forever, then you're doing what you can to show you aren't all that fragile.

You can't control what anyone else thinks, but you can make sure that the evidence is all on your side. Good luck!
