I am not sure about this question. I dont see how touching their ears is inapproprate or why him having a mustache has to do with anything. But if he is a level three sex offender then I would deffiatly not let him around my children ... at least while you are not around.

What is wrong with you? Why would you even allow your children around this man? You shouldn't even be asking this question right now--your children should have never have had any relationship with this person. Yes, the ear touching is inappropriate. But it's not about what your children should allow--how would they know what's appropriate or not? YOU need to be the one accepting responsibility. You need to protect your children. You need to keep them safe and out of the reach of people who can harm them.

really....really...really...not entertaining or intelligent question. We have had way too many children hurt by sex offenders. If you really have an uncle that is around your children who is a sex offender, then you should ask him to leave, if you are truly concerned by his behavior.

dude its just their ears get over it. if he touches them inappropriately THEN call the police. And the mustache has nothing to do with it.

ooh....that's a toughie. Don't let him touch their ears until you talk it over with him. Why are your children talking to this person anyway? You have a right to take them away from their uncle.
