somebody made a websits for me but suddenly she has closed it is it possible to start it again ?

somebody made a websits for me but suddenly she has closed it is it possible to start it again with somebody elses help? I purshased the domain and space and i have changed the passwords also, so she cannt' do any change ,she just wants extra money.and didnt want to help me for uploading new pics also.

Find another host and point the A record to it. The new host will give you the settings.

Then just upload the site.
