Some spas do pregnancy massages. I know it can be pricey, but it's totally worth it!!! :) I'm about to go again soon.
You can also have your partner give you a back rub too.
Oh yeah, I heard swimming is great for relaxation and your back! I read someone was suggesting to take a bath. If you decide to go that route, make sure your bath isn't hotter than 100 degrees or no warmer than your own body temperature. It's bad to take hot baths while pregnant. It could lead to complications, possibly miscarriage with your baby.

hold back on the caffeine its bad for baby... but im five months and have a really hard time sleeping. What helps me relax into it easier is taking a hot shower or bath, putting on body moisturizer, and getting into something really soft and comfy. And a hot pad or hot cloth should help with discomfort in the back, neck, or lower stomach and for headaches

My girlfriend is 6 month pregnant also. Try natural herbs that have ccalming effect. Any health store should be able to advise you what kind, and tell you what are effects of them are.
Check with your doc, as far as taking them too.
Good luck.
