I would first try an appliance repair shop. They ding up appliances while repairing them. Next try a hardware store. They also carry high temp spray paint, if you can get a color match.

I used to work as an apartment maintenance, and we always purchased our high temp paint for the local home inprovement store (Home depot), it only came in matte finish though, look for it in the spray paint section.

Loews carries porcelain paint. An Auto Zone might also have something you could use.

the enamel paint on stoves are baked on. unless your are just touching up a small area, it woould be useless to try to paing the entire thing. check with Lowes or a locak hardware store they make be able to tell you of someone who could refinish it for you.
