My fiancee and I are trying to have a second child together. I was previously on Ortho Evra for 2 years. I stopped taking it on Sept. 3. My last period was Sept. 6 and was completely normal. I should have started on Oct. 4, but haven't had anything yet. I am extrememly moody, crampy, tired, etc. I have taken two pregnancy tests, but both are negative.

Home pregnancy test arent very accurate especially early in the pregnancy so dont put all your fate in them. And sometimes after getting off birth control your body has to have time to get bac into its regular motions. You might not be dropping any eggs cause that what birth control does to you and your body probably didnt start back to it yet. Dont loose faith though this doesnt happen to all women so who knows you could get pregnant tonite, jus relax.

I found out that I was pregnant before I missed my period... Maybe you should give it a few weeks and take the pregnancy test again or you should goto the doctor and they could take a blood test. The blood test is 100% accurate... Good Luck!!!

Home pregnancy tests arent always accurate.. it may be too soon to tell. Try taking a couple different brands, and if they still come back negative and you still dont have your period, call your doctor to schedule a blood pregnancy test. They are way more accurate and they can tell you sooner than home tests too. Good luck!
