i think i'm in love with this guy. i mean i'm so happy when we are together, he always makes me laugh and feel happy even when i'm down. like today i was in a car accident and i was in a little pain and he told me to smile and i did, and about 1 weekago he told me he wanted to be with me forever then i asked him last saturday if he ment that and he said he did and i told him i would really like to be with him forever. i want to be with him forever i want to look into his beautiful blue eyes and just sit there gazing into them. i just really want to know if this is love or something else.

Probably something else! I can't speak for you, but unless this guy has everything he needs to settle down and start a long term relationship, then chances are that "Forever" means he wants to Nail you and because you feel like your in love, too you'll find out how long forever last.
Dont confuse Love for Lust.
Lust is how you feel when your close enough to smell them and your heart beats so fast you might have difficulty breathing, not that you would mind.
Love is how you feel about them tomorro, when they are no where around and don't confuse that blue-eyed love lorn stare and "I want to live with you forever"(I used that one when I was growing up!) for "Baby, I just want to get next to you!"

If you havent yet, dont have sex with him. Find out if he loves you before you give that up to him.

sounds like you are. to make sure, is it the cant eat, cant sleep, reach for the stars, over the fence thing??
sparks, fireworks, chemistry, blissful, those are key words, and things that are supposed to be part of the whole deal of being in love.
a platonic friend could easily make you feel like that if you hit it off well.
being in love and just plain loving are 2 different things. lust would be a completely different thing.

sounds like love, but be careful. my brother had the same thing, and yet it never seems like love to me. seems more like an obsession. just try to decide if its passing, or if you think it'll last, and won't grow old. And honestly think on it, not just a quick "of course its permanent!"

yea it sounds like your in love but nobody can tell you if your in love or not.... you can tell when your in love when the person kiss, touch, caress, and talk to you. You can feel it, its a very strong feeling, you just have to follow your heart.
