You gave birth four months ago. It took nine months to bring that about. It takes almost that long for your body to return to normal.
As to why you are tired -- he is sleeping through the night 'mostly'. That means he isn't sleeping through the night always. And he didn't sleep through the night at first. So you still aren't getting normal sleep. And yes, breast feeding does have something to do with it. When you are lactating, it takes extra energy and requires a little more rest. Working two days a week just adds to the stress. If you're still breastfeeding and working two days a week, that means you are pumping, in order to keep up with feedings and to keep your supply coming, and that's another stress.
Just relax. You've got the rest of your life to work. Your son will only be a baby for a short while. Enjoy it, and give yourself time to recover completely before you take on outside challenges.

your body is still trying to adjust from being pregnant and having a baby. It takes 1 year for your body to heal from having a child. When you go to bed at night you may be exhausted from the day but you really are not getting a good nite sleep because subconsciously your listening to hear for the baby to wake up. Breastfeeding can also cause contraction which can wear you out. And you body has changed chemical ways also. Check your iron level may be low.

I don't think it has anything to do with being physically tired, I think it's more about the mental aspect of it... I'm a new mom and I have a 6 month old girl and I was exhausted when she was 4 months. I think it was the change and the realization that I have a baby and need to take care her. I mean when you think about it, it is alot to process. Try having a bath and relax, try just shutting your mind off and thinking about nothing, that may help with your tiredness I know it did with mine.

probably low iron, or low blood sugar. you should talk to your dr, because both of those conditions need to be taken care of.
