You can report him but he'd label you an "enemy combatant" and within the week you'd wind up in Guantanamo.
Your new home would be a kennel-like prison, and you'd have electric probes attached to you privates and be shocked constantly and starved for days until you were about to die, then you'd be fed your fellow prisoner's puke.
You'd be held indefinitely, and not allowed a lawyer, or even be allowed to represent yourself.
You'd have a computer chip implanted under the skin of your right palm or on your forehead just under the scalp for Identification purposes.
You'd be given dirty water to drink every now & then and you'd be deprived of sleep for weeks at a time.
You'd be raped and paraded naked with nothing on but a hood over your head and made to stand in stress positions until your bones would feel like they were being pulled from your body.
