need a mechanics opinion?

The add oil light came on in my car.I checked the oil and it showed full.Could it be the oil pump going out?It is a 6 cylinder 1994 camaro.....3.4

also it is loosing power and the valves are rattling mostly when i run the ac or pulling a hill...

The add oil light and the oil pump are not connected. Most likely you have a bad oil level sensor in the oil pan.

it is parable the sending you net is going bad take it to a local shop and have it checked out.
